The “Adobe” is a 2,000 +/- SF Ranch House built in 1930 with stucco exterior, metal roof, and wrap around porch.  This historic home contains 3 bedrooms/1 bath, kitchen, dining/area, living area with the original oak wood flooring, decorative wood trim work around doors and windows, pressed tin ceilings, and 2 propane heating units.

Located adjacent to the “Adobe” is a detached stucco 1,000 +/- SF office/bunkhouse with bunk area, 1 full bath, 1 1/2 bath, Saltillo tile, ceiling fans, and HVAC.
